If you email us, we use the details you provide to respond to your pool service request and arrange follow-up. Do not send payment data or sensitive personal information.

Online estimate forms

When you submit an estimate request, we store your name, phone number, optional email, selected service, message and the page you submitted from in our private website inbox. We use these details to respond and track the inquiry. A received confirmation means the request was saved, not that an email notification has already arrived. The website owner receives an email copy.

Background verification

Cloudflare Turnstile checks the request in the background and may process technical information such as your IP address and browser signals. Verification results are recorded without filtering otherwise valid requests. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Your browser keeps a random request reference and a one-way fingerprint in session storage to prevent duplicate submissions; it does not store the form text there.

Website hosting

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes request information to deliver it. Our private dashboard uses Supabase to record inquiry details and service-level lead totals.
